Flexibility on your terms: Set your schedule and availability Autonomy with support: You own the patient experience while following Pinch clinical protocols and best practices Community & collaboration: Join a provider network; share tips, cases, and local opportunities (events, brand partnerships, etc.) Continued education: Ongoing training and refreshers so your skills and confidence keep leveling up What you'll do Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including: Neurotoxin injections (tox) Microneedling Chemical peels Skincare + at-home facial experiences Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records Manage supplies responsibly Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book Requirements Who we're looking for Required: Active Illinois APRN license (full practice authority preferred) Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.) Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety Preferred: Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you) Benefits Training & support This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare).
