Commercial Roofing Project Manager Springfield, MO $80,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + Benefits + Relocation Assistance Available About the Opportunity A well-established commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from kickoff through completion. What You'll Do Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors Coordinate with clients, suppliers, field teams, and internal stakeholders Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address project challenges proactively Review project financials, change orders, and production performance Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification Construction Management or related degree Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation & Benefits $80,000 - $120,000 base salary (DOE) Relocation assistance available Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match PTO and Paid Holidays Health Savings Account (HSA) Company-provided technology and tools Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization with a strong reputation, stable backlog, and long-term career growth potential. #INDHP #J-18808-Ljbffr
