Job Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
• Establish robust data architectures, logical/physical data models, and database structures to support big data and business intelligence.
• Integrate advanced capabilities such as generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing into enterprise workflows.
• Create comprehensive system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for staff.
• Manage application lifecycles (ALM) using version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices across Azure and AWS.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data-handling policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance (an Interim Secret clearance is acceptable to start).
• 5+ years of IT systems development experience, focusing on the Microsoft solution stack, cloud technologies, and data engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• 3+ years of experience architecting cloud solutions across AWS and Azure, including working within FedRAMP guidelines.
• 2+ years of experience developing Canvas and Model-driven apps using PowerFx, alongside SharePoint Online integration.
• Hands-on experience implementing production-grade AI/ML and intelligent automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), authentication, and application security.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Apps and Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
