About Us
We are a privately owned real estate investment/development company. We are bringing management in-house for our portfolio of long-term residential rentals, short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO) and commercial office properties
This is not a third-party management position. You will manage properties owned by our affiliated companies and report directly to ownership
The Role
You will lead day-to-day operations and be accountable for portfolio performance . That covers STR revenue and guest experience, LTR occupancy and collections, maintenance costs, and the systems and team behind them.
