Game Designer

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Responsible for organizing, writing, and following up on daily product requirements, and assisting in promoting the implementation of version iterations.
\n
• Complete the refinement of activity, function, process, and other plans based on the business direction, and output requirements documents, prototypes, acceptance standards, etc.
\n
• Coordinate the collaboration teams of development, art, testing, etc., to push the requirements to be launched on time, and promptly synchronize the progress and risks.
\n
• Participate in product function acceptance, experience inspection, and problem sorting, and follow up on version quality.
\n
• Conduct basic data observation and effect review of launched functions, sort out conclusions, and provide optimization suggestions.
\n
• Undertake assigned special tasks by superiors, including competitor research, process review, page optimization, activity configuration, etc.
\n
• Maintain product-related documents to ensure that requirement information, version information, and modification records are clear and traceable.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor's degree or above; no specific major required.
\n
• Language: English is the working language.
\n
• At least 3 years of internship or work experience in game planning.
\n
• Clear logic, good ability in information organization and written expression.
\n
• Strong execution ability and sense of responsibility, able to undertake clear tasks and continuously follow up until completion.
\n
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate smoothly with positions such as R&D, art, and testing.
\n
• Basic sensitivity to data, capable of conducting basic result observation, problem attribution, and summary organization.
\n
• Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand business rules and product logic.
