A growing industrial equipment and service provider is seeking a driven Outside Sales Rep for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused B2B sales professional who enjoys developing new business, visiting customers in the field, solving technical challenges, and building a long-term sales career.

The company serves manufacturing, marine, municipal, and commercial customers throughout the Pacific Northwest and is known for technical expertise, responsive service, and long-standing customer partnerships. Success in this Outside Sales Rep role comes from building trust, identifying customer needs, and becoming a reliable resource for industrial clients across the territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, cold call, network, and generate new business opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, municipal, marine, and commercial accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand equipment sales, repair services, and technical solutions.
- Conduct on-site customer visits to evaluate needs, recommend solutions, and support long-term account development.
- Manage and grow an assigned territory with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with plant managers, maintenance supervisors, engineers, and other key decision-makers to support customer needs.
- Prepare proposals, complete follow-up activities, and maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
- On-target earnings: $100,000 to $160,000+ annually.
- Uncapped commission program.
