Our client, a jewelry company in SoHo, is seeking a Temporary Part Time Office Manager for their office. This role will start Monday, 9\/21 and will continue over the next 8 weeks with the potential to extend as needed. This role is 5 days in office with a guarantee of at least 16 hours needed per week. The right candidate for this role can be at the office between 8:30am-9am giving 2-4 hours of their time as needed that day. This opportunity pays up to $25\/hr.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a 15-25 person office
• Ensure conference rooms are organized, cleaned, and ready for meetings
• Manage office inventory and order snacks, beverages, and supplies through Instacart and other vendors
• Maintain kitchen and common areas, including unloading dishwashers and keeping shared spaces tidy
• Coordinate with cleaning staff and ensure office facilities remain presentable
• Support employees with general office-related requests and ensure a positive workplace experience
• Assist with special office projects and operational tasks as needed
  Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years prior experience in office management, office coordination, workplace experience, or administrative support
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace technology
