\n \nAn established CPA firm in West Palm Beach is looking for an experienced CPA to take responsibility for its local office as two longstanding Partners gradually step towards retirement.
\n \nThere's already a loyal client base of around 900 clients, some of whom have been with the firm for over 30 years. You won't be expected to bring a book of business, chase new clients or build something from scratch. The business is there. It just needs the right person to help run it.
\n \nAnd this isn't one of those roles where you'll spend your days reviewing returns behind a closed door.
\n \nYou'll be working directly with clients, managing and mentoring a small team, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and having a genuine say in how the office operates.
\n \nThe client base is varied, from local family businesses and partnerships to high net worth individuals and international clients. Some prefer doing things the old fashioned way, popping into the office for a conversation rather than navigating another online portal.
\n \nSo if you enjoy that personal side of public accounting, you'll fit right in.

\n \nThere's no set billable hour requirement during busy season. They care more about getting the work done than watching the clock, and you'll be joining a firm where the Partners genuinely welcome new ideas.
\n \nYou'll start in the office full time, but after 6 months there's the potential to work from home one or two days a week.
\n \nAlongside the salary, there's an annual discretionary bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and paid time off, with flexibility to negotiate vacation for the right person.
