Nomad Temporary Housing, a Global Corporate Relocation Company, Headquartered in San Diego with offices in Phoenix, Hong Kong, and London is looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join our growing organization.
\n \nThis position is Full-time in a customer service support role.
\n \nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts & 1 hour lunch. Shifts fluctuate between 5:30am PST and 6:00pm PST.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- Working with established clients to provide optimal temporary housing options for relocating employees
\n- Provide well-written emails to clients consulting on temporary housing options
\n- Sourcing and managing suppliers
\n- Moderate amount of supply chain management
\n- Negotiation skills aimed to provide clients with attractive options
\n- Ensuring clients have arrived safely and handling any issues they have with the apartment
\n- Moderate data entry & phone use
\n- Must be able to manage 8-10 client leads per day
\n- Answer incoming calls
\n- Provide support to our clients
\n- Other responsibilities, as assigned.
\n \nQualifications
\n- College Degree 2 or 4-year college degree is preferred
\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n- Must be well-versed in Outlook and Microsoft Word
\n- 1-3 years of customer service experience
\n- Must have great attention to detail. If you have this, put 'have' in the subject line when replying.
\n- Strong organizational skills required
\n- Ability to work autonomously and take 'ownership' of situations
\n- Positive 'go-getter' attitude & Sense of Urgency are a must
\n \nCompensation
\n- $22 to $24 an hour
